Step 1
Site Survey & DesignBefore any fabrication began, our engineers carried out a full site survey at the wastewater treatment plant. The footprint between the storage tanks was assessed, load requirements were calculated, and the platform dimensions were defined — 2m × 2m footprint rising to 6.2m — with the davit crane integrated into the design from day one. |

Step 2
Structural Fabrication — In-House WorkshopWith the design finalised, our marine welding and fabrication team got to work in our own workshop. Every element of the structural steelwork — frame, platform deck, handrails, and davit crane arm — was cut, welded, and finished in-house. This means full quality control at every stage with no subcontracting and no compromise. |

Step 3
Davit Crane IntegrationThe davit crane was not an afterthought — it was engineered as a structural part of the platform. Our fabrication team built and integrated the crane arm directly into the platform frame, ensuring correct load distribution, structural integrity, and safe operational reach over the wastewater tanks. |

Step 4
On-Site InstallationOur site team managed the complete installation at the wastewater treatment plant. The platform was positioned precisely between the live storage tanks, anchored, and all structural connections completed to specification. The davit crane was tested on-site and the full structure handed over operational and ready for use. |

Handover — Fully OperationalWith installation complete, the platform was inspected, signed off, and handed over fully operational. Safe maintenance access at 6.2 metres. Integrated davit crane ready for use. Zero compromise on quality — built to last in a demanding industrial environment. |
